What happens if they come back later?
They keep track of the customers you send they using a cookie. This lasts for 30 days, and so you will earn 5% from customers that return within a month.

They provide detailed and summary reports for activity on your account. You can track activity month on month, and drill down to specific orders to see the items that sell most sucessfully.
What materials do you provide?
They don't mind how you link to Jammy Joes, but they provide a number of logos, banners and text links for you to choose from.
